We currently ship to addresses within the United States [including / excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses].
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple packages
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
Delays, lost or stolen packages
Carriers occasionally experience delays, especially around holidays. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days or shows delivered but you can’t find the package, email us at hello@example.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake — we can update it only before the order ships.
